Job Identification

The role focuses on ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems and equipment, supporting production efficiency and quality, and minimizing electrical failures and unplanned downtime. It also involves maintaining food safety standards, protecting company assets, complying with safety regulations, and continuously improving electrical and operational performance in a cost‑effective manner.

What We Expect

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for all electrical equipment on production lines.
• Diagnose electrical faults and take the necessary actions to ensure safe and quick restoration of operation.
• Support production line operations by reducing downtime and increasing equipment availability.
• Carry out electrical maintenance work for facilities and buildings inside the plant.
• Record all maintenance activities and breakdowns in the company’s approved systems (SAP PM, TREX).
• Adhere to electrical drawings and ensure they are updated whenever modifications are made.
• Participate in analyzing recurring breakdowns and propose sustainable improvement solutions.
• Strictly comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) instructions, electrical isolation procedures (LOTO), food safety requirements, and GMP standards.
• Immediately report any safety hazards or observations that may affect product quality or employee safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Perform any other tasks within the job scope as assigned by the direct supervisor.
