Job Identification

We are looking for a Qualified Operator to be a part of Quality Assurance Team, Supply Chain Department in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

What we Expect:

  1. fulfill chemical analyses, physic-chemical and mechanical tests and other researches with a view to ensure laboratory control and quality compliance of raw materials and materials and ready-to-drink products with the current standards;
  2. timely pass of all work during shift changes: night shift to morning shift and vice versa;
  3. study and knowledge of procedures and instructions related to the quality department (products, raw materials, carbon dioxide, water, syrup);
  4. register analysis and test results, lead their accounting, make technical documentation on works fulfilled at the production and inflow control;
  5. initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions on analysis and test results within own area of responsibility;
  6. ensure proper state of settings, devices, tools and other laboratory equipment;
  7. ensure proper sanitary state of the laboratory equipment;
  8. timely inform higher category chemists and senior chemists about analysis and test results;
  9. timely identify incompliance products and control them, timely conduct material tests on the line;
  10. take part in annual inventory of Company assets;
  11. fulfill the duties of (replace) temporary absent employees: as Manager order;
  12. follow the food safety requirements and notify the manager about problems regarding FSMS (food safety management system)

Qualifications:

University degree

Work experienceUp to 1 year

Skills and expertise:

  • Normative and methodical documents on laboratory works;
  • Main technological processes and production regimes;
  • Laboratory equipment, work principles and exploitation rules;
  • Rules of making technical documents regarding laboratory analyses and tests;
  • Suppliers’ specifications and Company standards to raw materials and materials supplied;
  • Rules of treating incompliance materials;
  • CORE requirements;
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 standards;
  • HSE, occupational sanitation and fire safety rules and norms.

Computer skills: MS Office, Excel
