The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) operates within their Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Services division to coordinate active treatment, manages client caseloads in residential facilities, and supervises direct care staff. This is a hands-on role bridging the gap between individuals, their families, and staff in Redding, CA.
Shift Structure: Typically, a standard Monday through Friday, daytime business hours schedule.
Setting: Supports individuals within local day programs and specialized residential care environments.
Earn up to $30.47 per hour
Core Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in psychology, human services, sociology, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Must be able to oversee caseloads and manage localized case file compliance at the Chico site.
