• Identifyopportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager

• Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing

• Adhere to HSSEQ policies,proceduresand legislative requirements

• Any other duties as required by your manager

Key Measures of Performance

• All works completed withintimeframesto standardrequired

• Logon and logoff KPI achievement

• Completed works accurately recorded andsendtoadminteam for invoicing within stipulatedtime frames

• Future workidentifiedand escalated to client and/or manager

• Internal and external customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Electrical Trade qualified, ideally with commercial maintenance experience

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Electrical Certificate

• Current Electricallicense

• Commercial maintenance experience

• Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use ofSmartphones/tablets

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Good English spoken and written communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Customer focused
