Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) – North Carolina

We are seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services follow ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification
• Eligible for or willing to obtain Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure in North Carolina
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Additional Information

We offer reimbursement for North Carolina LBA licensure for clinicians who take cases within the state.
