As a Qualcomm Sales Enablement Specialist in Barcelona, you’ll act as the key expert connecting product knowledge, sales strategy, and business growth.

We are seeking a sales-driven professional to act as a dedicated expert and advocate for Qualcomm products within our organization. This role focuses on developing deep product knowledge, enabling internal sales teams, and driving overall growth of Qualcomm-related business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong expertise in Qualcomm products, solutions, and value propositions

• Act as the internal “go-to” specialist and advocate for all Qualcomm offerings

• Support and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth

• Deliver training sessions and enablement programs to improve team knowledge and sales effectiveness

• Translate technical product features into clear business value for both internal teams and customers

• Identify opportunities to expand Qualcomm product adoption across accounts

• Provide ongoing feedback from the field to improve positioning and sales strategies

Key Requirements

• Are bilingual or proficient in English

• Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly build deep technical understanding

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proven ability to train, influence, and support sales teams

• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or product specialist roles

• Background in technology, semiconductors, or related industries

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

What’s in it for you

• Salary: 28,500 euros gross/year + up to €6,500 bonus + private medical insurance
