Job Purpose

The Site Supervisor
will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring that all
activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to company
standards. The role involves managing site staff, ensuring availability of work
equipment, monitoring attendance and work progress, and coordinating timely
invoicing and reporting.

KEY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
.

·
Supervise
and coordinate site staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.

·
Handle
staff recruitment to ensure adequate manpower at all times.

·
Ensure
that all employees receive the necessary work tools and Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE) promptly.

·
Monitor
daily attendance and track work volumes to maintain accurate records.

·
Prepare
billing summaries and ensure that invoices are sent to clients on time.

·
Maintain
a safe and organized work environment in line with company policies and safety
standards.

·
Report any operational challenges or
incidents to management promptly.

Requirements

MANDATORY
REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

·
Diploma
in any field (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related
discipline).

·
Computer
literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other basic office
applications.

·
Strong
leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience:

·
1–2
years of experience in a supervisory or site management role.

ADDED
ADVANTAGE

·
Ability to work
under pressure and manage a diverse team.
