About this job: Q-Sourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Process Operators . POSITION IN THE COMPANY Position Label : Process Operator . KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main Areas of Responsibility: Operate and monitor soap processing, mixing, dosing, transfer, filling, and packaging equipment in line with approved operating procedures and production plans. Monitor process parameters through SCADA and other control systems, record production data, and make permitted adjustments to maintain product quality and output. Conduct start-up, shutdown, changeover, cleaning, and basic equipment checks; promptly report abnormalities, defects, or safety risks. Support raw-material handling, in-process quality checks, housekeeping, waste control, and compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards.
