JOB

PURPOSE


The HR Business
Partner (HRBP) serves as the strategic people partner to both Q-Sourcing's
internal business units and client accounts, aligning people strategies with
business objectives to drive organizational performance. The role partners with
leaders and clients to deliver integrated HR solutions across the employee
lifecycle, strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee and client
experience, and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable
business growth.

HR

Business

Partnering


  • Serve
    as
    the
    HR
    partner
    to
    assigned
    internal
    business
    units
    and
    clients
    aligning people strategies with business and operational objectives.

  • Understand
    business
    and
    client
    priorities
    to
    develop
    workforce
    strategies

  • that
    improve
    productivity,
    engagement,
    and
    service
    delivery.

  • Partner
    with
    clients
    to
    ensure
    contractual
    HR
    obligations
    and
    service
    level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

  • Attend

    risks, workforce
    trends, and improvement opportunities.

  • Deliver

    interventions.

  • Facilitate
    calibration
    discussions
    to
    ensure

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human
    Resource Management,
    Business
    Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related
    discipline.

  • Professional
    HR
    Certification
    is
    an
    added
    advantage.


Experience


  • Minimum
    of
    5
    years
    progressive
    Human
    Resource
    or
    any
    leadership experience or similar advisory
    role.

  • Experience
    supporting
    multiple
    business
    units
    or
    client
    accounts.

  • Experience

    working

    within

    a

    fast-paced,

    multi-site

    or

    consulting

    environment is an advantage.

  • Experience
    working
    with
    HRIS/ERP
    systems
    and
    Microsoft
    Packages
