Activities
The main responsibility of the
position holder’s:
â
Comply with the training established in the SafePass for the position
level.
â
Ensure the proper implementation of the Work Permit System on-site.
â
Provide HSE inductions and training on-site according to the established
training matrix.
â
Prepare and support the HSE Superintendent in updating the site's HSE
document registry.
â
Maintain and ensure the implementation of the SIGMA (MAESTRO Integrated
Management System).
â
Track anomalies, suggestions for improvement, and reported incidents,
and generate detailed reports.
â
Promote an HSE culture on-site, motivate staff to practice safe
behavior, and organize information campaigns.
â
Create, maintain, and ensure the anomaly database is updated, as well as
ensure their closure.
â
Prepare reports and trend charts for HSE KPIs.
â
Promote compliance with the Safety, Health, and Environment objectives
established for the site.
â
Supervise and maintain the on-site inventory of personal protective
equipment.
â
Participate in the organization and development of emergency drills.
â
Ensure the operation and availability of fire systems.
â
Advise plant personnel and contractors on HSE issues.
â
Audit the proper use of work permit systems.
â
Understand the significant environmental aspects and impacts of site
activities and ensure the proper functioning of all available resources for
environmental emergencies.
â
Participate in the preparation and development of site HSE Committees.
â
Support the updating of HSE documentation.
â
Audit HSE-related facilities and processes.
â
Participate in accident investigations.
â
Provide training on HSE issues.
â
Conduct a handover of activities at the end of the rotation.
â
Comply with current standards and procedures related to Quality, Health,
Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility.
â
Conduct HSE and technical training according to the site schedule,
established based on the Reference Framework.
â
Validation of habitat and associated Hot work naked flame.
â
Promotion of HSE tools on site (Anomaly cards, Stop Cards, Safety Green
Light, Golden rules, Lifesaving checks, PTW Audits).
â
Confined space equipment tests and preparation.
Mandatory
Qualifications/Experience required
â
Diploma of Higher Education or BTCE. Education on operational safety or
production operations.
â
Professional experience, 5 years in similar position
â
Good technical skills in O&G.
â
Good knowledge of TotalEnergies HSE Safety Rules, SIMOPS, PTW System, or
equivalent in Oil & Gas industry.
â
Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions.
â
Ability to share training (good communicator) and Natural Authority.
â
Adaptability and ability to work in an international environment.
