Sales Agents

work across eastern, western, central and northern regions in Uganda.

Job
purpose
:

The
Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Spiro electric
motorcycles to customers within the assigned territory. This is a field-based,
target-driven role ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for
sales.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

•
Prospect and acquire new customers within
assigned territory

•
Promote and demonstrate Spiro motorcycles and
financing options to potential buyers

•
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

•
Build and maintain strong customer
relationships

•
Collect and submit customer documentation
accurately and on time

•
Provide after-sales support and follow-up to
ensure customer satisfaction

•
Report daily sales activities and market
feedback to the supervisor

•
Represent Spiro professionally at all times

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

•
Diploma in Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field (required)

•
0–2 years of experience in sales or
customer-facing roles

•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•
Self-driven with the ability to work
independently in the field

•
Basic numeracy and ability to handle sales
documentation

•
Familiarity with the local community and
geography is an added advantage

•
A valid riding permit or willingness to
obtain one is an advantage
