About This Job : Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client in the manufacturing sector (coffee), we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced office attendant to work on site in Namanve, Uganda Job Purpose The Office Attendant provides general office support services, including cleanliness, hospitality and errand-running, to ensure a conducive and professional working environment at Seth & Kushman Market Traders. Key Duties and Responsibilities •Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces, meeting rooms and common areas. •Prepare and serve refreshments (tea/coffee) for staff and visitors. •Run official errands, including banking, postage and deliveries, as assigned. •Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing and distribution of documents. •Receive and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner. •Monitor and report office supply needs, such as kitchen supplies and cleaning materials. •Support set-up and tidying for meetings and company events. •Help ensure the security of office premises, including locking up and reporting any irregularities. •Perform any other duties assigned by the Administrator or supervisor. Qualifications, Skills & Desired Traits •Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent. •A certificate in office management, hospitality or a related field is an added advantage. •Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. •Honest, reliable and well-mannered, with good interpersonal skills. •Physically fit and able to perform light manual tasks. •Willingness to learn and take direction.
