Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent, skilled, and
experienced
Wireless Engineer
to work in
Uganda.
JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Wireless Engineer, you will be integral to the design, deployment,
and optimization of wireless communication systems within our
telecommunications infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with
cutting-edge wireless technologies, including 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and mi systems,
under the mentorship of senior engineers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the
commissioning, debugging, cut-over and acceptance of wireless products
(including GSM, HDSPA & LTE and NR);

·
Transfers skills to
technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.

·
Provides technical
support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.

·
Handles the faults
escalated from the front line of wireless products.

·
Escalates the faults
that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third
line of technical support.

·
Conducts preventive
maintenance of wireless products

·
Provides optimization
suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems

·
Have the experience
about MS

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE:

·
Bachelor's degree in
Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field.

·
Basic understanding
of wireless communication principles, including 802.11 standards and networking
concepts such as IP addressing and routing.

·
Strong
problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

·
Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
