On behalf of our client in the Telecommunication sector, we are looking for competent, Direct Sales Executives to work in Uganda.

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Lead Direct Sales

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for generating and closing sales. This includes individual, corporate, home, and office internet sales leads for
MiFis
, 4G, and 5G routers.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Sales Generation

• 
  Make sales within assigned territories and focus areas.

Customer Database Management

• 
  Onboard and activate new customers.

Market Development & Customer Service

• 
  Support handling of customer escalations.

Market Activations

• 
  Identify
  and conduct market activations.

Meetings and Reporting

• 
  S
  ubmit daily reports before
  close
  of business (sales, pipeline, challenges/issues)
  .

• 
  Participate in meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the supervisor (both regular and impromptu).

• 
  Adhere to routes and journey plans as directed or agreed upon with the supervisor and sales lead.

  Ensure adherence to company policies.
