Our client is
recruiting commission-based sales agents to promote and sell Airtel Uganda's
Enterprise products and services. The role is fully commission-driven and ideal
for individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about
telecom sales.

• 
  Generating and following up on leads to close
  qualified sales.
• 
  Meeting a monthly minimum of five qualified
  sales.
• 
  Recording leads and deals in the sales portal
  with proper documentation.
• 
  Ensuring clients make payments within the monthly
  Sales Window (1st to 26th).
• 
  Providing after-sales support and adhering to
  Airtel's branding and compliance guidelines.
• 
  Completing product and CRM training before
  commencing sales activities.

Requirements

• 
  National ID, two phone contacts, LC1 introduction
  letter, academic certificates, and two references.
• 
  A bank or Airtel Money account for commission
  payments.
• 
  Willingness to work independently as a
  self-employed agent and meet monthly targets.
• 
  A minimum of a S.4 certificate
