JOB SUMMARY
The Secretary will provide administrative support to the Project Management
Unit (PMU) and the Financial Manager. This role requires a highly organized
individual with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft
Office, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare,
type, and collate reports as required by the PMU and Financial Manager.
·
Maintain
filing systems and ensure easy access to important documents.
·
Assist
in organizing workshops and events in coordination with the PMU.
·
Serve
as a receptionist, greeting office guests and managing visitor flow.
·
Provide
support to the Administrative Assistant with any administrative or logistical
needs.
·
Perform
other tasks as requested by the Project Manager or Financial Manager.
·
Manage
appointments and schedules for the Financial Manager and the PMU team.

QUALIFICATIONS,
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

High
school diploma required.
·
Advanced
proficiency in the English language.
·
Intermediate
proficiency in Microsoft Office (with proof of ability required).
·
At
least 2 years of professional experience in the secretarial/administrative
field, ideally in international organizations, NGOs, or private companies
operating in East Africa.
