Job Purpose

The Full Stack Developer / IT Manager will lead the company's technology function by developing and maintaining digital platforms, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting innovation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications.
• 
  Manage both front-end and back-end development activities.
• 
  Integrate third-party systems including payment gateways, GPS tracking solutions, APIs, and communication platforms.
• 
  Maintain and optimize databases, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• 
  Ensure application performance, system reliability, and business continuity.
• 
  Implement cybersecurity measures and monitor system security.
• 
  Troubleshoot technical issues and provide internal IT support.
• 
  Manage company hardware, software, network infrastructure, and technology assets.
• 
  Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

  Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement technology-driven improvements.

  Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to support business growth.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Stack Development and IT systems management.
• 
  Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end development technologies.
• 
  Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, mobile applications, and software deployment.
• 
  Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, server administration, and system architecture.
• 
  Experience managing production environments and business-critical systems is highly desirable.
• 
  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
