  Supervise warehouse staff and cold room operations.

  Monitor temperature systems and HVAC performance.

• 
  Implement FIFO and FEFO inventory management systems.

• 
  Maintain quality control and food safety standards.

• 
  Ensure compliance with EHS and hygiene procedures.

• 
  Coordinate inventory tracking and stock movement.

• 
  Prepare operational and inventory reports.

• 
  Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in cold storage or perishables.

• 
  Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.

• 
  Strong leadership and team management skills
  .

• 
  Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and warehouse procedures.

• 
  Training in Environmental Health & Safety is an advantage.

• 
  Languages: Kinyarwanda and Operational English.

• 
  Problem-solving skills.

• 
  Organizational and planning abilities.

• 
  Attention to detail.

• 
  Ability to work under pressure.
