JOB TITLE: RIDERS SUPERVISOR About This Job: Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Security Industry, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Riders Supervisor to work in Nairobi, Kenya. Job Summary Our client is seeking a Riders Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a team of riders, ensuring timely , safe, and efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing riders, holds a valid driving license , and is aged 35 years and above. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the rider team, including scheduling and route allocation. Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts and delivery schedules. Monitor rider performance, punctuality, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations. Conduct rider briefings and train riders on protocols, safety, and customer service. Track and document deliveries, incidents, and rider attendance accurately. Address operational issues and rider concerns promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary. Ensure riders maintain their motorcycles/vehicles and hold valid licences and documentation. Submit daily, weekly, and performance reports to management. Respond to client inquiries and service issues related to rider operations. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field . At least 3–5 years of experience in rider or field operations, with 1–2 years of supervising riders. Aged 35 years and above. Valid driving license (motorcycle and/or vehicle). Strong leadership and decision-making skills . Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
