Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of
our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Revenue
Accountant to work in Kenya.

Job Purpose

The Revenue
Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process across a
multi-client service environment, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely
invoicing of all revenue-generating activities.

Key
Responsibilities

1. Billing
& Revenue Management

·
Manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and
timely invoicing in line with customer contracts and pricing schedules.

·
Monitor and reconcile billable transactions, resolving billing
discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer queries.

·
Maintain cordial relationships with clients and principals to
aid in on-time collections of due amounts.

2. Reporting
& Systems

·
Develop and maintain automated billing, revenue, and management
reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven tools.

·
Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service,
and Finance teams to ensure seamless revenue processing.

3. Audit &
Compliance

·
Support audits, internal controls, and billing documentation
requirements.

·
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

·
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field.

·
CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an
added advantage.

Experience

·
Proven experience handling large volumes of transactional and
financial data.

·
Experience managing end-to-end billing in a logistics, supply
chain, healthcare, professional services, or multi-client service environment.

·
Experience with contract-based and multi-client revenue models.

·
Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP experience is an
added advantage).

Technical
Skills

·
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and
reporting.

·
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

·
Knowledge of AI-driven reporting tools is an added advantage.
