The QSCPFCRA Specialistis a hybrid Planning & Forecasting and Close & Controllershiprole within Haleon Business Services (HBS), owning end‑to‑end governance of Standard Cost across the QSCPmanufacturing network and leading commercial variance analytics (including Cost‑to‑Serve & Logistics (CS&L) and Demand Planning drivers). The role coordinates key planning cycles (IGP, ABP, LE), ensures forecast integrity and scenario governance, and delivers transparent variance bridges (PPV/EGOL, usage/mix, conversion, absorption and cost‑to‑serve) to support S&OP, pricing,profitabilityand performance management. In parallel, the role safeguards data integrity, supportstimelymonth‑end close and external reporting readiness for costing‑related areas (e.g., inventory valuation impacts,accrualsand revaluations), and executes andevidencecorporate control frameworks (e.g., ICFW/SOX). Acting as the finance reference point for QSCP stakeholders, this position drives cross‑functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, CS&L, Demand Planning, Commercial Finance and Shared Services, while strengthening standardisation,automationand continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
LeadIGP, ABP,LE forQSCP LATAM cost lines, integrating Operations/Manufacturing, CS&L and Demand Planning inputs and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality deck and system submissions.
Lead andmaintaindriver‑based forecasts (P&L, BalanceSheetand Free Cash Flow impacts) for manufacturing and cost‑to‑serve, aligning volumes, mix, service levels,productivityand inflation/FX assumptions.
Lead monthly performance routines versus manufacturing cost targets and operational KPIs, translating gaps into clear risks/opportunities and corrective actions for the QSCP agenda.
Own standard cost and commercial variance bridges used for performance management, ensuring consistentmethodologyand narrative across markets (PPV/EGOL, usage/mix, conversion,absorptionand CS&L).
Lead cross‑functional scenario planning with Demand Planning, CS&L, Procurement and Operations to quantify trade‑offs (service level, inventory, freight mode,sourcingand margin).
Drive planning governance and documentation: calendar, assumptions log, version control, sign‑offsand evidence retention; ensure data integrity across ERP/MDM and planning tools.
DrivePnFprocess improvement and analytics (standard templates,automationand BI/SAC adoption where applicable) to improve cycle time,qualityand transparency across QSCP LATAM
Closing & Control
Own the end‑to‑end Standard Cost cycle for QSCP LATAM (annual standards, in‑year updates and cost rolls), ensuring alignment across BOM/routings,labour& overhead rates,yieldsand transfer prices.
Lead Standard Cost governance and master‑data quality (BOM/routing integrity, costcomponentstructures, valuation classes) and drive root‑cause resolution with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
Own end‑to‑end integrity of financial data flows from local ledgers/operational inputs through corporate reporting layers used for external reporting, including mapping/alignment, interface breakresolutionand reconciliation of local‑to‑corporate view.
Lead month‑end close activities for costing‑related areas: inventory valuation impacts, standard cost revaluations, accruals and key reconciliations, ensuring high‑quality cut‑offs and journals aligned to external reporting timelines.
Ensure compliance with relevant internal controls and corporate frameworks (ICFW/SOX): execute,evidenceand remediate controls related to standard cost processes, data integritychecksand close activities;maintaintest scripts and change logs where applicable
Lead variance deep dives for structural/recurring issues (scrap, yields, absorption, productivity,freightand FX),facilitatingaction plans and tracking delivery to closure.
Lead audit readiness for QSCP costing topics (PBCs, walkthroughs, sampling support, Profitability), providingtimely, complete documentation and driving sustainable fixes to findings.
Drive continuous improvement across end‑to‑end processes (standard work, automation,harmonisedmethodologies) in partnership with GCC/Shared Services and local teams.
Knowledge/Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Master’s in finance or business desirable
7–10 years in manufacturing finance/standard costing
FP&A/controllership, or audit within a multinational environment
Standard Costing / Product Costing; Manufacturing Finance; Commercial & Supply Chain Finance; Cost‑to‑Serve (CS&L) analytics; Demand Planning and planning cycles; Close & Controllership (month‑end close, reconciliations, external reporting readiness); Financial controls & compliance (ICFW/SOX) and audit readiness; End‑to‑end data integrity across local‑to‑corporate reporting flows
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
English: Advancedlevel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a recurring deliverables environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stakeholder management skills, including effective communication and alignment across multiple markets and functions.
