Job Description

What you´ll do

• Own and maintain the site QMS in alignment with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001; IATF 16949/ISO 27001/ AS9100, etc. as applicable).
• Ensure QMS processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and improved across functions, including internal audit, management review, continuous improvement, etc.
• Responsible for customer and 3rd-party audit, coordinating with related functions in Henkel and follow up for findings correction.
• Owner of implementation of CtQ (Critical to Quality standards) in site, focus on global standard transfer in site production line.
• Manage site document control processes in HIMDOC system, from creation to regular review.
• Responsible for site quality culture establish, regularly workshops for production operators and yearly organization of quality month and World quality days.
• Manage the quality training system: training matrix, onboarding, refresher training, and competency evaluation.
• Other works assigned by site quality manager.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry engineering, polymer science and related field.
• > 5 years in quality systems roles and > 1 year team management experience, quality experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Solid knowledge in ISO (ISO 9001/ISO 27001 etc.) fundamentals; experience with industry standards (IATF 16949 /ISCC etc.) is a plus.
• Fluent in English communication for both written and oral is must.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong follow-up and closure mindset.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to operate under audit pressure.
• Ability to lead under pressure and drive closure with urgency and discipline.
