QS Engineer
for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.

Job Role:

• 
  Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• 
  Review tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• 
  Manage tendering processes and recommend award decisions.
• 
  Negotiate contracts, variations, and supplier agreements.
• 
  Administer contracts, interim payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
• 
  Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• 
  Maintain accurate contractual and financial documentation.
• 
  Coordinate with multiple contractors across development projects.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 
  5–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years of experience in large-scale real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments).
• 
  Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• 
  Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• 
  Experience with cost estimation software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus).
• 
  Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 
  Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
