Job Description

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works in both brownfield and greenfield environments. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a QS / Contracts Administrator - Greenfields to provide disciplined quantity-surveying and contract-administration support across early and active greenfield delivery, protecting the commercial position while enabling timely procurement, accurate payment and practical resolution of package-level change.

Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) is a majority Indigenous owned recruitment business registered with Supply Nation, specialising in civil engineering, infrastructure, construction and major project recruitment. We partner closely with contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations to place high quality technical professionals. Our approach is relationship led and commercially grounded, built on practical industry experience and a clear understanding of how complex projects are delivered.

  • Prepare tender comparisons, scope clarifications and commercial recommendations for subcontract and supply packages
  • Draft and administer subcontracts, purchase orders and consultancy agreements within approved delegations
