Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and certification of contractor bills.
• Quantity take-off and quantity verification from drawings.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ preparation.
• Rate analysis and variation statement preparation.
• Vendor billing and subcontractor bill verification.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance.
• Coordination with project execution teams for billing and commercial matters.
• Preparation of MIS reports and project commercial documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with BOQ, rate analysis, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience Required: 7-8 Years in QS & Billing
