Sometimes the most powerful thing you can give a young person is someone who refuses to give up on them.
A listening ear after a difficult day. A calm response during a challenging moment. Encouragement when their ready to quit. Celebrating progress they may not even recognize in themselves yet.
At South Oaks, those moments matter.
As a Youth Counselor with our South Oaks QRTP program, you'll work directly with girls ages 12–17, providing the structure, support, encouragement, and positive relationships they need as they work toward their individual goals.
You won't just see where they've been. You'll help them see where they can go.
