Sometimes a young man doesn't need another person telling him what he's doing wrong. He needs someone willing to help him figure out what he can do differently.
Someone who listens.
Someone who sets boundaries and sticks to them.
Someone who can handle a tough moment and still show up the same way tomorrow.
Someone who recognizes the potential behind the behavior.
As a Youth Counselor with our Marion QRTP program, you'll work directly with boys ages 12–17, helping them develop the skills, confidence, accountability, and positive relationships they need to keep moving forward.
You don't have to change their story. You get the opportunity to help them build what comes next.
What is QRTP?
QRTP stands for Qualified Residential Treatment Program.
Our Marion QRTP provides 24-hour residential treatment and support for adolescent boys ages 12–17 in a structured and supportive environment.
Our team works alongside each youth to help him develop healthier ways to manage emotions and behaviors, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, build positive relationships, and work toward his individualized goals.
This is more than supervision. It's mentorship, consistency, accountability, and showing young men that positive choices can create new possibilities.
THE IMPACT ISN'T ALWAYS IMMEDIATE. THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT SMALL.
Maybe it's the teen who finally talks to you instead of walking away.
The one who handles a situation differently than he did a month ago.
The one who starts taking responsibility without being asked.
Or the one who realizes for the first time that an adult can hold him accountable and still believe in him.
Those moments don't happen by accident., they happen because someone was there consistently enough to help make them possible.
If you're dependable, patient, resilient, compassionate, and ready to challenge and encourage young people to become their best, we want to hear from you.
SHOW UP. LEAD BY EXAMPLE. HELP THEM MOVE FORWARD.
