The DevOps and Infrastructure Team delivers daily builds to every Quartus developer and offers them an array of applications to enhance their development process. We design and develop python applications such as Hammer which enables end-to-end changelist validation, Argus which monitors infrastructure health, Bee/Hive which intelligently reports build errors. Each major application also has a rich web front-end based on Django.
As a PEY of the team, you get to work alongside our full-time engineers and architects to deliver high quality products to developers.
You will:
Develop new features and enhance existing features for our suite of applications
Design and develop brand new applications that solve unique problems or provide new benefits to developers
Enhance and enrich our ever-growing portfolio of web front-end applications
Work on infrastructure level changes such as adoption of brand-new library/framework/technology
As a DevOps engineer, you will also spend some time on daily operational tasks:
Help with monitoring daily builds, track and resolve build failures
Help with answering developer tickets, regarding usage of our applications
Our compensation is designed to reflect the Canadian labour market. The actual salary offered may vary based on several factors, including the position’s location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, training, and job-specific knowledge. In addition to base salary, we offer performance-based incentive opportunities that reward both individual contributions and overall company success.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 CAD

The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar and have 3+ months of experience or coursework in one, or more, of the following:
Familiarity with Python
Familiarity with Linux
Experience with Django is a plus
Experience with Makefile is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
