Programme Coordination

• Support coordination of Atlas projects and workstreams.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Leads with programme administration.
• Ensure programme documentation is maintained and controlled.
• Support the implementation of programme governance processes.

Planning & Milestone Tracking

• Maintain project schedules and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress updates from Project Managers.
• Track critical deliverables and key programme milestones.
• Support consolidation of programme plans.

RAAIDD Management

• Maintain Risk, Action, Issue and Dependency registers.
• Ensure actions arising from meetings are recorded and tracked.
• Follow up with owners to obtain status updates.
• Escalate overdue actions and emerging risks through agreed channels.

Reporting Support

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs.
• Collate status updates from workstreams.
• Maintain programme dashboards and KPI reporting.
