The QMS / Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and providing business support to the Quality Management System and process improvement projects.
The position requires close coordination with the Business. Its responsibilities include:
● Assist with the program management of Integrated Management System
● Support the development and maintenance of enterprise-level operational compliance functions.
● Assist in establishing and maintaining risk management framework, including policies, programs, risk treatment plans, and controls measures to ensure organizational compliance.
● Review operational performance against defined business objectives and initiate appropriate actions to ensure organizational compliance.
● Conduct business process reviews using risk-based approaches, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques.
● Develop and implement quality improvement processes and initiatives
● Coordinate with business units to track and ensure timely completion of corrective actions arising from process weaknesses and improvement findings.
● Identify quality and process improvement training needs, and develop, coordinate, and conduct training programs.
● Promote the quality and process improvement initiatives to increase awareness and inspire involvement across the organization.
● Manage business-initiated projects in accordance with identified requirements and available resources.
● Perform a variety of routine daily tasks; review reports, prepare correspondence; and participate in special department projects.
● Conduct training sessions and develop communication materials, including broadcasts related to IMS and departmental initiatives.
● Perform other duties as necessary in support of the department’s initiative.
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Relevant experience or exposure in quality management, process improvement, risk management, or compliance-related functions, (eg., audits) is preferred.
● Exposure to simple process improvement or digital tools is an advantage.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
● Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand technology, regulatory requirements, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO standards).
● Exercises sound judgment with a high level of professional ethics, integrity, and accountability.
● Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
● Flexible, agile, and customer-focused, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
● Capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
