Are you a QMA looking for an evening schedule that allows you to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team? Greencroft Goshen is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our Evening Shift team.

Schedule Part-Time Evening Shift

  • 32 hours per pay period

What You'll Do:

  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
  • Assist with resident care and support services
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

What We're Looking For:

  • Current Indiana QMA certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for serving older adults
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred

Greencroft Communities (GC) is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care living community system, organized in 2002. Greencroft Communities serves as the umbrella organization for affiliated and managed communities. Each affiliated community is a not-for-profit entity, with its own board of directors appointed by the Greencroft Communities Board of Directors. Occasionally a management partnership may be formed with a local for-profit owner.

Approximately 2,000 people live in Greencroft-related communities, served by 1,100 team members, in northern Indiana, north-central Ohio and central Michigan. People from at least 20 faith traditions make up the resident populations.
