Job Requirements

We are looking for a Quality Technician to support daily quality activities in manufacturing operations. This role will assist the Quality Engineer (QE) in product inspection, quality issue follow-up, data analysis, report preparation, and production quality improvement activities.The ideal candidate should have production quality experience and be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Quality Engineer in daily production quality activities.
  • Perform in-process inspection and outgoing inspection when required.
  • Monitor production line quality performance and report abnormalities.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints, internal quality issues, and corrective actions.
  • Collect, record, and analyze production quality data.
  • Prepare quality reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documents.
  • Support root cause analysis for production defects.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams on quality-related issues.
  • Follow up on containment actions for non-conforming products.
  • Support implementation of quality improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist in training operators on quality requirements when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in production quality, QA, QC, or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as:
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:
    • Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Able to prepare reports and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiar with inspection tools (caliper, multimeter, microscope, etc.) (adjust based on your product)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work on production floor environment
