Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the requirements of the Integrated Management Systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
• Organize and report on Integrated Management System meetings to the Corporate Team;
• Develop Environmental Management Plans (PGA) and Construction and Demolition Waste Prevention and Management Plans (PPGRCD);
• Manage environmental aspects at construction sites;
• Issue and manage e-GAR and waste management processes;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements under Lei 102/2009;
• Prepare audit reports for offices and warehouses;
• Define internal training plans and deliver training sessions;
• Develop internal emergency strategies and plans (PEI);
• Implement and manage self-protection measures (MAP);

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Engineering (preferred);
• CAP Health and Safety Technician – Level VI (preferred);
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Health and Safety Technician;
• Knowledge of Lei 102/2009;
• Knowledge of DL 273/2003 (preferred);
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the implementation and management of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
• Analytical and critical thinking skills;
