What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
·Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across operational sites.
·Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard observations to promote a safe and compliant working environment.
·Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
·Deliver QHSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to site personnel.
·Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements, company procedures, and applicable legislation.
·Prepare QHSE reports, maintain records, and support audit and compliance activities.
·Provide guidance and support to site teams on QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
·Promote a culture of safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll have
·Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
·NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
·Experience supporting Health, Safety, Environment, or Quality programs within industrial, facilities management, engineering, or operational environments.
·Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
·Experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
·Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
·Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
·Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.
·Experience supporting Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
