Sirva is now seeking a structured and independent HSE / QHSE Manager for a part-time role in Norway. This role is ideal for those seeking a predictable part-time position – whether you are a consultant, freelancer or looking for a flexible role that can be combined with other commitments.

QHSE Manager role overview:
As our HSE/QHSE specialist, you will play a central, advisory role within the organisation and will be responsible for this area in Norway. You will play a key role in improving our HSE processes and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements. You will work closely with both Norwegian management and our European QHSE function, helping to create structure, oversight and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate local implementation and follow-up of the company’s European QHSE framework
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian requirements regarding HSE, quality and the external environment
• Plan and follow up on internal and external audits. Act as the point of contact for certification bodies and relevant authorities
• Contribute to risk assessments, non-conformity management and improvement measures
• Maintain compliance registers and risk registers, coordinate the Health, Safety and Environment Committee (AMU) and collaborate with the occupational health service
• Contribute to reporting within HSE, ESG and the Transparency Act
• Provide advice and support to managers within HSE, quality and the environment

Who are you?

You may, for example, have a background as a consultant, advisor or from an internal HSE/QHSE role.
Required experience:
• Experience of HSE/QHSE work in Norway
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001A good understanding of Norwegian HSE and working environment regulations
• Experience with audits, non-conformities and improvement work
• The ability to structure your own working day and take ownership of tasks
• Very good Norwegian and English language skills
