  Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.

  Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on production processes to maintain product quality and safety.

• 
  Support workplace safety programs by identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.

• 
  Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards in production, storage, and distribution areas.

• 
  Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting safety concerns.

• 
  Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a culture of health and safety.

• 
  Maintain and update QHSE records, reports, and documentation.

• 
  Assist in ensuring environmental sustainability practices are adhered to within the company’s operations.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related field.

• 
  1–2 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• 
  Basic knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001) is an added advantage.

• 
  Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in Kenya.

• 
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• 
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
