YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct and review internal audits and risk assessments; track open actions and support continuous improvement using the PDCA cycle.
• Further develop the non-conformity process within our integrated management system.
• Support customer and supplier claim management, from initial assessment through to closure, using structured quality tools such as 8D reports and FMEA.
• Support the management of incidents, accidents and near misses across the UK, Ireland and, where applicable, Israel.
• Promote awareness of occupational safety and environmental protection, helping to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and report relevant QEHS performance indicators.
• Act as a point of contact between employees, the external company physician and the safety specialist.

YOUR PROFILE

· Degree in industrial engineering, business engineering or a related field.

· NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or an equivalent internationally recognised health and safety qualification.

· Initial experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

· Familiarity with root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D.

· Fluent written and spoken English; German, Hebrew or French would be an advantage.

· Confident user of MS Office and open to working with new software applications, such as N5 and Quentic.

· Proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills.

· A strong sense of responsibility, good organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and a collaborative team mindset.

· Integrity, patience, persistence and the confidence to address issues constructively.
