QE Automation Engineer – GenAI / AI TestingLocation: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $54/hr. W2

About the Role
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a QE Automation Engineer specializing in GenAI platforms to support next-generation AI chatbot validation initiatives.
You will design automation frameworks that validate conversational AI systems using modern tooling, AI-assisted development workflows, and autonomous testing strategies.
This role is ideal for engineers excited about AI-driven software quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build automation frameworks using Java + Playwright
  • Validate GenAI chatbot behavior, workflows, and responses
  • Develop scalable automated test suites
  • Work independently in a high-autonomy engineering environment
  • Maintain CI/CD automation pipelines
  • Leverage AI coding assistants (Windsurf or similar)
  • Improve testing speed using AI-assisted workflows
Required Skills
  • Strong automation testing experience
  • Playwright + Java expertise
  • Independent execution capability
  • Experience working in fast-moving engineering teams
Preferred Skills
  • AI coding tools (Windsurf, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
  • Jenkins or CI/CD pipeline ownership
  • Chatbot or conversational AI testing
  • ServiceNow platform exposure
