Job Description

Location: Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN | Part - Time | Pay Range: $1650 - $19.88/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

Inspect and Test Equipment

  • Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of video equipment and related systems before deployment.
  • Verify equipment readiness, quality standards, and operational accuracy.

Prepare Show Orders

  • Organize, pull, and stage equipment to support accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Confirm all required components and accessories are included before shipment.

Support Quality Assurance

  • Identify equipment concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation and follow established quality control processes.

Maintain Inventory Readiness

  • Assist with equipment returns, organization, and inventory management activities.
  • Support warehouse operations and equipment preparation during peak demand periods.

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting professional video, AV, or live event technology environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in a production-driven environment.
