Job Description

Location: Orlando, FL and Nashville, TN | Part - Time | Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.88/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

Inspect and Prepare Equipment

  • Set up rigging components for inspection and functional testing based on customer requirements.
  • Complete cosmetic cleaning, labeling, and routine preparation activities to maintain quality standards.

Ensure Order Accuracy

  • Review rental reservations and show orders to verify completeness and equipment accuracy.
  • Identify missing components, resolve discrepancies, and support order fulfillment requirements.

Support Equipment Readiness

  • Inspect shipping cases and ensure all transport components function properly.
  • Perform basic case repairs and modifications to support safe transportation of equipment.

Maintain Warehouse Organization

  • Help organize inventory storage and maintain equipment locations to support operational efficiency.
  • Assist with inventory handling and warehouse best practices.

Support Logistics Operations

  • Assist with truck loading activities and help ensure equipment is positioned securely for transport.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of AV rigging experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving operational environment.
