📣 Quality Control Technician 3 – Lighting | Join LMG’s Team

LMG is looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician 3 – Lighting to support inventory control and quality assurance within our lighting department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring lighting equipment is fully prepped, tested, and ready to meet production and client expectations. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Focus on lighting inventory control and quality assurance
✅ Ensure effective communication within Operations and across departments
✅ Assist with training, monitoring, and supporting technicians within the lighting discipline
✅ Backfill and support the Lighting Supervisor with daily planning, show preps, demos, and workflow
✅ Perform quality checks on lighting equipment with emphasis on consoles and processing
✅ Review technical documentation, procedures, and CAD drawings
✅ Set up lighting systems to replicate show conditions for inspection and testing
✅ Complete QC checklists to ensure systems meet LMG quality standards
✅ Identify equipment failures and coordinate repairs with Engineering
✅ Track inventory discrepancies and availability issues in inventory systems
✅ Communicate equipment needs and discrepancies with Project Coordinators and Logistics
✅ Organize and maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse storage areas
✅ Assist with general warehouse operations including pickups, returns, and internal requests
