Whether you’re loading gear, inspecting panels, or staging orders for shipment, you’ll play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge LED experiences that wow audiences.

As a QC Tech – LED , you’ll help ensure our LED inventory is stage-ready and up to LMG’s industry-leading standards.
✅ Equipment Check-In/Out – Handle inbound and outbound LED gear, verifying counts, condition, and proper documentation
✅ Visual Inspection – Examine gear for damage or cleaning needs and make minor cosmetic repairs like cleaning and label replacement
✅ System Builds – Assist in building system racks and testing components based on show orders and customer specs
✅ Order Fulfillment – Review show orders, ensure completeness, track down missing components, and document everything clearly
✅ Functional Testing – Replicate show conditions by setting up and testing LED components prior to shipment
✅ Inventory Organization – Maintain a clean, coded warehouse system for LED gear, assisting in layout and storage optimization
✅ Truck Loading – Support the logistics team in loading trucks, ensuring safe and balanced transport of gear
🔹 Interest or experience in LED technology and AV gear
🔹 A sharp eye for detail and pride in presentation and performance
🔹 Ability to work on your feet in a warehouse environment
🔹 Comfortable using basic tools and performing light repairs
🔹 Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
