QC Tech LED 2 | Prepare the Panels. Power the Show.

LMG is seeking a QC Tech LED 2 to support warehouse operations and ensure LED equipment is properly prepared, tested, tracked, and ready for deployment to conventions, corporate meetings, touring productions, broadcasts, and live events. This role is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy, quality control, equipment preparation, and warehouse operations to ensure flawless LED execution for every production.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a QC Tech LED 2, you will support warehouse operations by preparing, testing, organizing, and tracking LED equipment to ensure systems are event-ready and inventory remains accurate.

• Equipment Check-In & Check-Out – Receive, process, and verify inbound and outbound LED equipment while ensuring accurate inventory tracking and documentation
• Visual Inspection & Equipment Maintenance – Inspect LED panels, processors, accessories, and related equipment for cosmetic or operational concerns while completing routine cleaning, labeling, and minor cosmetic repairs
• System Builds & Testing – Assist with building system racks, staging equipment, and setting up LED systems to replicate show conditions and confirm functionality before shipment
• Order Accuracy & Documentation – Review show orders, manifests, pull lists, and related documentation to ensure equipment packages are complete and accurate
• Manifesting & Asset Tracking – Scan, record, and verify inventory information while maintaining accurate equipment tracking and database records
• Inventory Organization – Maintain organized warehouse storage, coded inventory systems, and safe handling procedures for LED equipment
• Warehouse Operations Support – Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and preparing equipment for shipment while ensuring safe transportation readiness
• Team Collaboration – Partner with warehouse, QC, and technical teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and successful production execution

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience with LED technology, audiovisual systems, or live event equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cosmetic or operational concerns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable working on your feet, lifting equipment, and supporting warehouse operations
• Experience using inventory systems, asset tracking, or warehouse management processes preferred
• Comfort using basic tools and performing light maintenance or minor repairs preferred
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, and teamwork skills
