Location: Las Vegas, NV | Full Time | Pay Range: $16.50 - $21.63/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

Prepare and Stage Equipment

• Review rental reservations, show orders, pull lists, and related documentation.
• Pull equipment and stage systems for upcoming customer orders.
• Verify all required components and accessories are available and accounted for.

Inspect and Maintain Quality Standards

• Examine equipment to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor cosmetic maintenance.
• Ensure equipment meets quality standards before shipment.

Test and Validate LED Systems

• Configure LED systems and related equipment for inspection and testing.
• Replicate customer and show requirements to verify performance.
• Complete quality control documentation and equipment checklists.
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate resolution to maintain shipment schedules.

Build and Configure Systems

• Assemble system racks based on project requirements.
• Verify system functionality and readiness prior to release.
• Support alternative configurations when needed to fulfill customer requirements.

Support Order Fulfillment

• Prepare approved equipment for manifesting, packing, and shipment.
• Clearly identify staging status and order readiness.
• Assist with loading, unloading, equipment pickups, returns, and customer support activities.

Improve Equipment Protection

• Inspect shipping cases and transport components for readiness.
• Perform minor repairs and modifications to support safe transport.
• Recommend improvements to equipment packaging and case design.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of hands-on AV industry experience.
• Experience supporting trade shows, live events, or similar productions.
• Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, or LED technologies.
• Experience interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of LED equipment and system operation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
