What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and operate laboratory and field testing equipment with accuracy.
  • Collect, record, and analyze material samples and communicate findings to the production team.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality trends and collaborating on corrective actions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
This role involves working in both laboratory and field settings, including exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and active production environments. Proper PPE is provided, and safety is a priority in all work areas.

  • Competitive base salary $68,650 - $80,655
