Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about professional audio gear? LMG is hiring a Part-Time QC Tech 1 Audio to support the preparation, testing, and movement of audio equipment for concerts, meetings, and live events around the world.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants hands-on experience in the live events industry.

What Youβll Be Doing
As a Part-Time QC Tech 1 Audio, you will support audio inventory operations and ensure equipment is properly prepared, tracked, and returned with accuracy.

Audio Inventory Handling
Check audio equipment in and out, return product to inventory, and assist with a variety of warehouse operations to support customer orders.

Pulling, Staging and Testing Gear
Pull, stage, set up, test, and prepare audio equipment for shipment while following standard procedures and accepted practices.

Order Accuracy and Documentation
Review reservations, quotes, contracts, and pull lists to determine required serial and non-serial items for each order.

Manifesting and Asset Tracking
Scan, manifest, asset, and update inventory records to ensure accurate tracking in inventory systems.

Cross Rentals and Returns
Receive cross-rentals, assign them to the appropriate orders, and ensure accurate tracking through completion.

Quality Control and Inspection
Visually inspect equipment for cosmetic issues, report repair needs, perform routine cleaning, labeling, and minor cosmetic fixes.

Team and Department Coordination
Work closely with warehouse and audio teams to ensure orders are complete and accurately returned to inventory.
What Weβre Looking For
πΉ Intermediate knowledge of professional audio equipment
πΉ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order paperwork accurately
πΉ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
πΉ Comfort working in a warehouse environment, including loading and unloading trucks
πΉ Experience with inventory systems and asset tracking is a plus
πΉ Live events or AV industry experience preferred
