About Our Client
Our client is preparing to build an export-oriented food ingredient manufacturing pilot plant. The company is looking for early team members who can help establish quality, commercial, finance, and accounting foundations from the setup stage.
About the Role
The QC Supervisor will support product testing, inspection, and quality consistency for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct or coordinate physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Prepare testing reports, quality records, and non-conformance documentation.
- Support development of QC testing methods and product specifications.
- Maintain lab equipment, testing standards, and sample records.
- Coordinate with QA, production, and R&D to resolve quality issues.
- Support hygiene, sanitation, and food safety implementation in the plant.
Requirements
- Experience in QC, laboratory testing, or quality inspection within food manufacturing, food ingredients, nutraceuticals, supplements, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Understanding of physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
- Familiar with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and basic lab documentation.
- Able to prepare accurate testing records and quality reports.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable with hands-on plant or lab work.
- Experience setting up QC processes for a new facility is an advantage.
