Responsible for formulating inspection procedures and procedures for raw materials, product processes and finished products.
Responsible for formulating the operation procedures of all relevant environmental testing and laboratory tests of the quality inspection department.
Formulate the work plan of the quality inspection department, implement and supervise the quality judgment and inspection of raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection (first inspection and patrol inspection), finished product inspection and packaging inspection.
Responsible for implementing and supervising the endotoxin test, dust particle test, surface microbial test, sedimentation bacteria test, etc. of products and clean areas according to the specified frequency.
Responsible for the work deployment of quality inspection department personnel, comprehensive inspection skill training and quality training of other relevant personnel.
Responsible for the quality monitoring of the production site, timely report quality accidents to the superior, analyze the causes and put forward preventive and improvement measures.
Responsible for assisting QA to investigate customer quality complaints and return events, analyze the causes and put forward solutions.
Responsible for the configuration, use, calibration and maintenance of all quality inspection related instruments, measuring tools, experimental equipment and reagents.
Responsible for the year-end summary of the quality inspection department and provide quality record data, documents and test reports required for quality information statistics.
Responsible for coordinating the communication between the quality inspection department and other relevant departments.
Responsible for cooperating with technicians in trial production and quality control of new products.
Responsible for the integrity, effectiveness, real-time and accuracy of inspection data to realize the traceability of product quality information.
