Purpose
This position is mainly responsible for management quality inspection for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality is maintained; then input analysis results into system to generate COA report.

Nature and Scope
This position reports to the supervisor of QC department in Chupei plant. The Quality inspectors are required to work with manufacturing team during the production process, started from the plant incoming raw materials, in-process production materials, till the final end of finished products to ensure all the quality meeting the perspective specifications in the plant.

Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.

To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes or review and submission of new procedures
