About the role

As a QC Physicochemical Lab Analyst at RAFARM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by performing various laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality control processes and assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role main accountabilities will be the following:

  • Perform routine analysis of samples using various laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
  • Record and interpret data accurately and report any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Conduct investigations and troubleshooting of laboratory testing.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Support the development and validation of test methods.
  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality management system.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) while performing duties.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or related industry as a laboratory analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc.
  • Experience with method development and validation will be considered a plus.
  • Good understanding of GMP and GLP regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording and interpreting data.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
